I-130 Relative Spouse Service $695
If you married outside the U.S., your spouse became your relative and therefore you must file a Relative (I-130) visa petition. For immigration purposes, this is required by law even if filing for a K3 visa. Letting the Relative I-130 visa petition process all the way through, will take approximately 2 years, but the visa issued, will be a CR-1 Relative visa and no adjustment of status will be required since your spouse will arrive in the U.S. as a Legal Permanent Resident (immigrant).
In order to get your spouse here in much less than half the time, you must also file a K3 Spouse (I-129F) petition after the I-130 Relative petition is filed. If your spouse has a child coming along, the child becomes your step-child through marriage. You must also file an I-130 Relative visa petition for each such child. See more about step-child. However, the child does not require a K3 (K4) visa petition to be filed. Petitioning the step-child.
I-129F K3 Spouse Visa Service $695 (required in order to get your spouse to the U.S. in less than a year AFTER having already filed an I-130 Relative Visa petition (Without Adjustment of Status).
A K3 Spouse (I-129F) visa petition is required IF you wish to get your foreign spouse to the U.S. in less than a year. See processing time for more details. The K3 Spouse visa petition may only be filed with proof of having already filed an I-130 Relative visa petition. Any child(ren) coming along will not require a K visa petition to be filed because the child comes along as a K4 derivative of the parents's K3 visa.
Upon arrival in the U.S., a K3 visa holder is required to eventually apply for adjustment of status to change from a K3 nonimmigrant to a CR-1 immigrant. Upon arrival, the foreign K3 spouse has 2 years in which to apply for adjustment of status. See below.....
Each K4 child coming to the U.S. with parent must apply for adjustment of status separately, and must have been under the age of 18 at the time of your marriage to the parent of the child. See below.....

I-130 Relative Step-Child Service $695 / child ( Includes Adjustment of Status )
This service is required for each child coming along with a K3 Spouse, if child was under 18 years of age at time of your marriage and intends to remain in the U.S. as a Permanent Resident.
NOTE: The child must have been under age of 18 at the time of your marriage to parent. Otherwise the child will not be permitted to obtain Permanent Residence through Adjustment of Status after arrival in the U.S. However, the child may come along on the dirivative K4 visa with parent if under age of 21, but must return when the parent applies for adjustment of status, or the K4 visa expires, or the child turns 21, whichever comes first.
If child was 18 or over at time of marriage to parent, DO NOT order this service!
K3 Spouse Adjustment of Status Service. $695
Already included with FULL Combination Relative and K3 Spouse Service.
Required for nonimmigrant K3 Spouse after arrival in the U.S. However, this does not have to be applied for until K3 visa expires (2 years minus 30 days before expiration of K3 visa. Note, it is possible to get the K3 visa extended for another 2 years at that time instead. See advantages of a K3 Visa.
The Adjustment of Status is to change from non-immigrant to legal permanent resident. Note that a work permit may be obtained even if the Adjustment of Status is not filed.
