We DO NOT DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU!! Those who claim they do, are damnable LIARS, and I find them all over the Internet.
Nobody can get your birth certificate, divorce papers, determine when and where you parents, and your honey's parents were born, both your job histories, etc. Only YOU can provide us with that so we can do your forms and set up the packages. We use a questionnaire to gather those things from you. Then as we do the forms, we recheck things with you because we also check out foreign addresses on the Internet and other things through other resources. You sure don't want the U.S. Consulate to discover these errors and get spooked. That's one major reason why immigration law firms don't guarantee visas. They haven't a clue how this will play out at the interview.
YOU get the completed forms and mail the package using our detailed instructions. Why? Because you should remain in control. If an attorney gets something wrong and sends in the petition package, it's too late to recall mistakes! And believe me, many are sent to the dragon that ultimately makes your honey pay for it at the visa interview. We ALWAYS find mistakes in addresses, answers, over documenting, dates, and various other matters. When your case gets filed, it's RIGHT.
Then when the USCIS or NVC communicates with you, you are the first (in control) to know what the hell's going on. Imagine some attorney working on a high money case and a Request for Further Evidence comes to him/her. Do you really think he/she is going to drop that big money case to spring into action for you? If so, you're dreaming. Such cases often get buried and therefore, delayed. That can't happen with us! You're always first to know. The ONLY extra work you do, is drop the petition package in the mail. That leaves you protected from a greedy law firm, AND it keeps you in control.
Since our entire system is set up primarily for working over the Internet, we send you an email containing a link that requires a user name and password. This opens up the petitioning manual which contains the straight forward instructions and links to special forms. This manual contains the date of UPDATES boldly on the cover page. We continually update these manuals, linked forms within, and special instructions. The whole K1 visa, K3 visa, and Relative visa, marriage visa and spouse visa processing and forms change all the time. This method allows us to keep the forms and manual up to date at all times. This UPDATE section on the manual cover tells you if there have been any recent changes and what they are. Therefore you are always up to date.
With your user name and password you will be able to fill out our questionaires in Adobe Reader. Normally, you cannot save the answers to your questions in Adobe Reader, but we've added a special piece of code to allow you to save your answers.
You have to type your names and addresses in a minimum of 3 places, plus a lot of duplicate info on the government forms. In the questionnaire you do it only once! People who fill out government forms almost always do something wrong. About 95% of them. I feel safe in saying lawyers do the same thing. Web forum "experts" are even worse.
When the questionnaire is completed, you simply attach the pages to an email and send them to us. We fill out the government forms, attach them to an email and send them back to you. Then you open them in Adobe Reader and print them out, ready to sign.
We maintain a copy of the .pdf (Adobe) government forms in our database file so that we can make changes and send them right back to you. Often someone gets a date, street address, whatever, wrong. An email telling us what to change or correct, can be done in a few minutes and sent right back to you.
This document contains a description of the entire flow of the process and explains what comes next, what comes after that, etc. It also explains what you need from your honey and what you need to collect for yourself in order to file the visa petition or other forms. Sometimes it's confusing how to go about getting those items, therefore a simple question from you gets an explanation from us. Each state has different laws, just as countries have different laws. We know how to do these things in whatever state or country.
The manual also contains a check-off pictorial page with balloon explanations as to what form goes where in the stack, how to attach the filing fee, visa photos, and proofs of meeting for K1 visa cases.
The proofs of meeting is where most people screw up. We have a page that covers that in meticulous detail along with options. The idea is to send them ONLY what they need by law, and NOTHING ELSE. The web forums and most lawyers have you send in things that cause red flags that put you in the fraud profile, then you're in trouble and face extensive extra delays beyond what the government already has. We also include a document that, when used, is bullet proof meeting proof. If they find a loose thread in the material sent, they will pick it apart by mail and it will take forever until they are satisfied.
YOU are the one who drops this in the mail. REASON - you are first to hear back from them. Filing receipt, petition approval, etc. That way you are never in the dark and we can't lose it. Attorneys often get involved in big money cases and yours lays there and often gets lost. We have you do that so that can't happen!
The manual shows you an assembly page the way the case adjudicator wants to receive it. We explain where and how to mail it. It's simple and idiot proof.
When you get a notice that your petition is being sent to the U.S. Consulate in your honey's country, we then send you an email pamphlet on that Affidavit of Support and the Interview process. What your honey needs to take along, the medical exam, etc.
When your fiancee or spouse arrives in the U.S., we send you another package by email. A link to the Change of Status manual complete with instructions and special forms. Again we can review these documents so you get them right.
In the last year and a half, the USCIS has screwed up more forms and that did strange things. They use font types that won't allow you enough space to answer question. We reformat these forms to get around all those problems which not only makes it look more professional, but more room to answer their stupid questions. Only Apex has these forms and the adjudicators love them.
They do stupid things like ask you to describe how the two of you met in person for the K1 visa. I don't know who does these forms, but if you answer the question as asked, you will be wrong about 50% of the time. Our answer is a short line that has nothing to do with the question. BUT - IT'S EXACTLY WHAT THE CASE ADJUDICATOR NEEDS and meets the law head on. The petition is an affidavit. Few lawyers understand that.
Our goal is to present the smallest, simplest, bullet proof petition package that is ONLY arguable by law. They cannot read anything into it, therefore at the visa interview, the case adjudicator is boxed in to asking vanilla questions which are PREDICTABLE. Secondly, we know for a fact, we give you more help for the money than anyone else and we work as a team. That is also a goal because I know what it's like to sit and wait and wait and and not know what's going on. I've seen the blunders made and have heard the adjudicators joke about it. I've watched ladies come out of consulates crying from being rejected, and learn the reasons why. If you really love your honey, why put him/her in the hands of a megalomaniac interrogator who scares him/her to death? A simple mistake can cost you 2 or more months waiting time, or a 6 month investigation and a very degrading interview. Do you want your honey to face that??? It all begins with the way form questions are answered.
There are only 3 agencies or lawyers that make the top 3 for processing speed, according to AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Assoc.). WE are one of them. And the other 2 are NOT ON THE INTERNET. I know one of them and SHE does exactly what we do. She works a regional area and won't tell me how she advertises. I know she gets a list, but that's all I know.
Many attorneys and USCIS employees use our services. Why? As they say, "You're dead right, that's the way it is." See Lawyers for explanation. The USCIS employees tell us they cannot speak to the adjudicators, and the rest are air-heads. So they use us.
The Devil is in the Details. That's the killer of visas. Over documentation, wrong documentation, and wrong answers. The answer "N/A" has caused a significant amount of processing time and visa denials. At our fee level, you will likely save money in added fighting expenses with USCIS or the U.S. Consulate. Know your case is filed right. Don't just hope.
